Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff was more like family, very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant for both work and tourist attractions, with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience felt more like a bed and breakfast, offering a simple and tasty Continental buffet. Throughout my stay, the facilities were well-managed and enjoyable.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is top-notch, just a stone's throw from the Pimlico tube station and close to various attractions. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel offers spotless and very comfy rooms that are just as pictured, though not overly spacious. The service is top-notch with charming, attentive, and helpful staff ready to address any needs. The location is perfect for both work and tourism, situated very close to Pimlico Underground and surrounded by convenient amenities. The dining experience, while simple and tasty, lacks cooked options and variation. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleverly converted and had everything I needed, making them comfortable despite their small size. The location was superb, close to public transport and attractions in a peaceful neighborhood. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to enhance our stay. The dining options were good, though I wish there were more choices available. Overall, a great value for the money!
I had a mixed experience at the Blades Hotel. The rooms, with high ceilings and lots of light from big windows, were very clean and had all necessary amenities, but they were on the small side with 4 beds. The service, though, was exceptional with extremely nice and helpful staff who went out of their way to cater to our needs. The location was the highlight, being near Pimlico and Victoria Stations and surrounded by various transportation options and dining spots. The dining options were limited, but the classic fried fish was a standout. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had lovely and very clean rooms that were functional but a bit smaller than expected for a 4-night stay. The service was incredibly nice and attentive, making our experience much better despite some initial issues. The location was great in a pretty and quiet neighborhood, near the Pimlico tube station. The dining experience was tasty but basic, with plentiful options. The facilities offered were satisfactory considering the price.
